Justin Street

Justin

Justin is the National Coordinator for the United States Tennis Association’s Tennis On Campus program. He also works on the USTA’s Public Facility Assistance program, and will be sharing his day-to-day sports industry experiences exclusively with TheFieldJobs.com Blog Team readers.

Justin has previously worked in consumer facing management roles in both the golf and tennis businesses. He graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in English and Communications. As has always been the case, Justin’s life revolves around athletic pursuits. Justin is an eight-time high school letter winner, captaining both the soccer and tennis teams during his time there. At Michigan, Justin was president of both the club soccer and club tennis teams, competing in National Championship tournaments with both squads. He has also run two marathons, an urban adventure race, and numerous other endurance events and enjoys backpacking and snowboarding.

Jenna Street

Jenna

Jenna most recently completed a Sports Medicine Fellowship with the United States Olympic Committee. During this time she obtained her Performance Enhancement Specialist certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She earned a B.S. from Michigan State University, majoring in Kinesiology with a specialization and concentration in Athletic Training. Although a Spartan at heart, Street moved to Madison, Wisconsin where she earned a Master of Science, majoring in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis. While in Madison, she also secured a Graduate Assistantship as the athletic trainer for the Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving teams. In her spare time, she assisted with Football in the fall, and Men's and Women's Basketball year round.

Casey Snedecor

Casey

Casey is the Assistant Director of Sports Information and Media Relations for Columbia University. She is the primary contact for volleyball, men's and women’s golf, men’s and women’s swimming, cross country, track & field and softball. She coordinates and maintains the official Columbia Athletics website, www.gocolumbialions.com, helps to plan and design all printed material produced by the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics and Physical Education, and handles statistical and operational support for Columbia’s 29 varsity athletics teams. Printed materials produced include, but are not limited to, media guides, programs, newsletters and promotional pieces.

Casey came to Columbia after spending a year as the Media Manager for the Intercollegiate Tennis Association. While at the ITA, she ran multiple national championship events for Divisions I, II, III, NAIA and JuCo tennis, and administered Division I national rankings on a weekly basis, while working with major media outlets to publicize collegiate tennis. Prior to her time at the ITA, Casey was an Athletic Communications Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania, working with softball, tennis, field hockey, sprint football, swimming and fencing, while assisting with football. She also spent time as a sports reporter for a newspaper group in Plymouth, Mass., covering high school sports and the Cape Cod Baseball League.

A graduate of Clark University in Worcester, Mass., Casey played Division III soccer and lacrosse for the Cougars for four years. She earned a B.A. in English and International Studies. More recently, she received her master's degree in Sports Management from California University of Pennsylvania.
